Wash the Cherry tomatoes and avocado and cut into pieces, mix with the salsa. Fry the minced meat in the oil until crumbly, add the tomato paste and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the ground beef with the vegetables and salsa and spread over the nachos. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at approx. 200°C for 10 - 15 minutes. How to make Strasbourg Casserole

 Strasbourg casserole.  Pasta casserole with a twist. You need, 200 g Ribbon noodles (or another type of your choice) 1 large Onion(s), diced 2 tsp oil 250 g Minced meat, mixed ⅛ liters red wine 5 tsp tomato paste ½ tsp thyme ½ tsp Cayenne pepper 1½ tsp Salt Fat for the shape 100 g Cheese of your choice, grated 1 mug cream (200 g) Preparation, Working time about 30 minutes Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes Total time about 1 hour 10 minutes Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Then pour off. At the same time, saute the diced onion in oil, then add the minced Meat Item and saute as well. Deglaze with the red wine and season with tomato paste, thyme, cayenne pepper and salt. Then fold in the noodles. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Spread cheese and cream on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes. Serve hot. lasagne. like the Italian For the Bolognese:  olive oil 500g Minced meat, mixed 1 onion(s) 2 Garlic cloves) 1 bunch parsley or frozen 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 can Tomato(es), peeled (800 g) Some red wine For the Becchamel sauce : ½ ltr Milk 30g butter 40g flour  salt and pepper  lemon juice  nutmeg Besides that: 300g Lasagna plate(s) e.g. cheese, grated  knobs of butter preparation Working time about 30 minutes Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes Total time about 1 hour 40 minutes Ragu Bolognese : Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, sear the minced meat all over and add the chopped onions and chopped parsley. Stir in the finely sliced garlic and tomato paste and fry. Pour in the canned tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add red wine if you like. Leave the ragu to simmer for at least half an hour with the pot open. Bechamel: Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the flour with a whisk and fry until lightly golden.  Ground beef tacos You need these item, 1 tbsp oil 1 onion(s) 2 Garlic cloves) 500g Ground beef, lean 2 tsp tomato paste ½ tsp chelli powder 1 teaspoon paprika powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder ½ tsp oregano 1 teaspoon sugar Salt 12 small Tacos (Bowls) 4 sheets Iceberg lettuce, (large leaves), chopped 190g Cheddar cheese , grated 100 g Salsa (tomato salsa) Preparation, Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C . Heat oil in a large pan. Soften onion over low heat but do not brown. Add garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in the tomato paste, chili powder, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, sugar, and 1 tsp salt. Sauté on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Switch to the highest level, add the Meat and brown. Add about 3 tablespoons of water, the pan should be so hot that most of the liquid evaporates. Stir mixture constantly for 5-10 minutes. If the meat sticks, add a little more water.
