Easy Mushroom puff pastry Recipe

Mushroom puff pastry. It is delicious snacks for everyone.



Ingredients

  4 people,

• 1 Puff pastry to unroll

• 200g button mushrooms

• 80g Bacon _

• 25ml Cream _

• 15g Butter _

• 4 pinches Black sesame seeds

• 4sprigs of parsley

• 1Drizzle of olive oil

• Salt

• Pepper

• Calories = Medium

Preparation steps,

1. Rinse, dry and chop the mushrooms. Also chop the Bacon.

2. Fry these ingredients in olive oil until all the cooking water from the mushrooms has evaporated. Once cooked, add the cream, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Mix.

3. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

4. Cut rectangles of dough about 6x7 cm and place the mushroom filling in the center. Fold the outer edges and seal them, moistening the dough.

5. Brush the top of each puff pastry with melted butter and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot.
