Fruit Custard is a healthy and quick-to-prepare recipe that is a nutritious diet for children and old age people

Ingredients:

  • Full cream milk 1 liter

  • Vanilla custard slightly more than 1/3

  • Grapes 250 grams

  • Cream 200 gm 1 cup

  • Sugar 150 grams 3/4 cup

  • Pomegranate 1

  • Mango 1

  • Apple 1

  • Directions:

  1. First, save a large cup of milk and keep the remaining milk on the gas for boiling, now add the custard powder to the cup milk and dissolve it, and stir until the powder knot dissolves.

  2. Now after the boiled milk is boiled add the custard dissolved milk in it and keep adding sugar and cook till the milk thickens when the milk is cooked and leaves it to cool for a while.

  3. While the custard milk is cooling, then you peel and chop all the fruits, and churn the cream in a vessel, you can also use the mixer to churn it.

  4. Now after the cooked custard milk cools, add churned cream and fruits and keep it in the fridge for some time to get chilled.

  5. Now your cold cold fruit custard is ready to be served
