How to do Garlic pork roll recipe

Wild garlic pork roll



Ingredients,

• 4Thin pork cutlets

• 2shallots

• 1Bunch of wild garlic

• 1Bunch of flat-leaf parsley

• 2 slices of bread

• 5 cl Milk

• 1Egg

• 25 cl Dry white wine

• 1 tbsp. tablespoons Oil

• Salt

• Pepper

• Calories = Medium

Preparation steps

1. Mix together the peeled and chopped shallots, the rinsed and finely chopped herbs, the milk, the crumbled bread crumbs, the egg. Salt, pepper.

2. Finely chop the bacon and mix it with the stuffing.

3. Spread the preparation on the cutlets, form rolls and tie them.

4. Heat the oil in a sauté pan, brown the roulades on all sides. Pour in the white wine, salt and pepper and leave to simmer for 20 minutes before serving after removing the string.
