How to make a Mushroom Toast

Toast with Porcini Mushrooms. A vegetarian toast with the protagonists of autumn, porcini mushrooms, to be prepared in a few minutes once you get home.

Ingredients(1 toast):

2 slices of Bread

1 boletus

lettuce

Raspadura or grain

Parsley

Yogurt

butter

salt

Method:

Cut Two slice of bread and Toast every sides.

Step 2

Cut 1 porcini mushroom into slices lengthwise and brown them in a pan with a knob of butter.

Step 3

Arrange a few lettuce leaves, layers of raspadura or parmesan cheese and the porcini mushrooms on a slice of bread; salt them lightly, add chopped parsley, a few drops of creamy yoghurt and close the toast.

Finally enjoy your every bite.
