How To Cook Roman Calamari Recipe

Roman calamari

Ingredients 4 people,

• 500 g Squid rings

• 100g Flour 

• 1 Egg yolk

• 20 cl Milk

• 1 Frying oil bath

• 1 Lemon

• Salt

• Pepper

• Calories = High

 Preparation steps,

• Pour the flour into a bowl. Add egg yolk and milk and mix until smooth. Salt and pepper, mix again.

• Add the calamari rings to the batter and mix well to coat them perfectly.

• Heat the frying oil.

• Dip the calamari rings in the very hot oil. Bake until Donuts are golden brown.

• Drain the donuts and place them on absorbent paper. Enjoy them hot with the addition of lemon juice.
