Very easy pizza

For our free beginners, the easiest and fastest pizza ever. With the Dough already leavened, cheese, salami and seasonal vegetables, it's soon ready for an aperitif or a quick lunch.

Ingredients,

300g yeast dough ready

200g Thin Asparagus

150g  cheese

90g cottage cheese

60g Cremona  salami

1shallot

extra virgin olive oil

salt

Method

1. Step 1

For the very easy pizza recipe, collect the dough into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the.

Peel the asparagus and cut them into chunks; keep the tips aside; sauté the rest in a pan

with a drizzle of oil, salt and the chopped shallot for 2 minutes, then mix it with the ricotta, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Roll out the dough in a pan greased with oil, in a disc of about 25 cm in diameter. Fill it with the cheese and the asparagus and ricotta mixture and Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Complete the pizza with the diced salami and the asparagus kept aside.
