Salmon puff pastry 

Ingredients

For 6 people,

• 300g  Puff pastry

• 500 g Salmon fillet

• 4 Sprigs of dill

• 100 g fresh goat cheese

• 1 Egg yolk

• 0.5Organic lemon

• 1 tbsp. tablespoons sesame seeds

• Salt

• Pepper

• Calories = Medium

Preparation steps,

1. Roll out the Puff pastry in a circle. Place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

2. Chop the salmon.

3. Place the salmon in the circle, in the center, forming a circle so that you can fold the dough on both sides. Grate the lemon zest. Cover with crumbled goat cheese and chopped dill. Add salt and pepper.

4. Cut the dough into ribbons on either side of the filling. Fold them without crossing them. Seal the edges well and brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5. Bake at 180°C (th.6) for 45 min and serve warm.
