MILLIONAIRE CAKE.
Rich cake? Sure! Short crust pastry with almonds, hazelnuts, fudge and… edible gold! you must try!
INGREDIENTS
BRITTLE CAKE
• Wheat flour - 250 g
• almond meal - 50 g
• salt - 1 pinch
• butter - 100 g
• egg yolks - 2 pcs.
• powdered sugar - 80 g
• baking powder - 0.5 tsp
• hazelnuts - 100 g
• fudge mass - 1 can
CHOCOLATE ICING
• dark chocolate - 1 tablet
• butter - 1 tsp
ACCESSORIES
• edible gold flakes (optional)

STEP 1: KNOW THE DOUGH
Sift flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, salt and baking powder into a bowl. Add soft butter and egg yolks. We knead thoroughly. If the dough does not stick together, add cold water. Wrap the dough in cling film and form a roll out of it. Place in the freezer for about 45 minutes.
STEP 2: PREPARE THE TOGGING
We melt the chocolate. Add the soft butter to it and stir until it is completely melted.
STEP 3: BAKE THE CAKE
Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour. Grate the frozen dough on a coarse-mesh grater to the bottom of the mold. Scatter the chopped hazelnuts. Bake in an oven preheated to 185°C for about 15 minutes. If the cake reaches a golden color earlier, take it out of the oven before the given time has elapsed.
STEP 4: SPRAY THE FRUG MASS ON THE CAKE
Cool the cake in the form and then take it out. With a pastry bag, spray the fudge on the cake. Form a cone from the baking paper, pour the chocolate glaze into it and pour over the cake. Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Decorate with gold flakes.
