Easy Toast with tuna breakfast recipe

 Toast with tuna, red onion and cherry tomatoes

The quick snack can become a gourmet lunch if prepared without haste with thoughtful combinations and always Crunchy bread.

Ingredients,

3 portions toast

120 g tuna fillets in oil

90 g fresh spreadable cheese

30 g fresh spinach

6 slices of pancarre with three farri

1 Red onion

dried tomatoes in oil

mayonnaise

salt

extra virgin olive oil

Method

Step 1

For the Recipe for toast with tuna, red onion and cherry tomatoes, peel the onion and cut it into slices about 5 mm thick. Roast them in a pan like Steaks, with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt, for about 2 minutes per side.

Step 2

Spread all the slices of Bread with a little mayonnaise. Turn them over and spread 3 slices with cheese. Continue with a tuft of spinach, tuna, onion and 4 cherry tomatoes for each toast.

Step 3

Close the toasts and brown them in a pan for about 2 minutes per side over medium heat, until a crispy crust forms.
