Crispy cheese bread
Ingredients,
4 cups (tea) of sweet starch
(400 g)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
(300 ml)
1/2 cup (tea) oil (100 ml)
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (tea) Grated parmesan cheese (50 g)
1 cup (tea) of grated standard Minas cheese (40 g)
Method of preparation,
In a bowl, place the sprinkle
and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, place the
milk and oil, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Transfer to the bowl with the
sprinkle and mix well with the help of a spoon.
Wait for the dough to cool down
a bit and knead with your hands until it crumbles.
Add the egg and incorporate it
into the Dough.
Add the salt and cheeses, and
keep stirring until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Model small spheres and have
them on a greased Baking sheet.
Take to medium oven (180
degrees), preheated, for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Remove from the oven and serve
immediately.
Yield: 42 servings.
