Eggless cheese bread

Ingredients:

• 250 g of sour starch

• 250 g of sweet sprinkle

• 125 g of margarine or oil

• 150 ml of milk

• 150 g grated Parmesan cheese

• salt to taste

• 70 ml of cold water

Method of preparation:

• Beat the sprinkle in the processor or blender to be very fine.

Tip : This cheese bread can be made in a food processor, which makes the operation easier, and if the dough is soft, which is possible when using a food processor, you can add a little sprinkle.

It can also be frozen after the balls are made and still raw.

They should be taken to the oven still frozen.

The texture of the Dough can be a little different from the traditional one due to the absence of eggs.
