Baked Vegetarian Pastry recipe
Vegetarian Pastry
How about preparing a different
pastry for the whole family. This recipe is a great option for those who
don't want to eat meat. In addition to being easy to prepare, it is very
healthy and nutritious. If you prefer baked pastries, place them on a
greased and floured baking sheet and brush them with Olive Oil. Take to medium oven (180
degrees), preheated, for 30 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven
and serve immediately.
In a bowl, place the Veggie Burger and the water, and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. In a medium saucepan, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes or until golden. Add the Veggie Burger mix and fry for 4 minutes. Add the bell pepper, endive, cabbage, Seasoning and salt, and saute for 2 minutes, or until the bell pepper is soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
Distribute the stuffing in the center of the masses, fold them in
half and close the edge with the help of a fork. Brush the surface with
the remaining oil and place the pastries, little by little, in the greased
