How To Make Foccacia
Foccacia with olives and rosemary
Ingredients
for 4 people,
• 500g Flour
• 1 sachet dry yeast
• 35 cl Warm water
• 1 tbsp. fine salt
• 1 Small jar of black olives
• 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
• 4 sprigs of rosemary
• Calories = Medium
Preparation steps,
1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Leave to rest for 10 mins.
2. Mix some salt with flower. Pour the yeast dissolved in the water, add the olive oil and mix vigorously.
3. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the dough rest for 15 minutes in a warm place.
4. Degas the dough, knead, then cover with a cloth and leave the dough to rest for another hour in a warm place.
5. Roll out the Dough not too thin and place the Foccacia on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
6. Sprinkle with the olives, pushing them lightly into the batter and with the rosemary leaves.
7. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy warm.
