How To Make Ground Beef Tacos

You need these item,
1 tbsp oil
1 onion(s)
2 Garlic cloves)
500g Ground beef, lean
2 tsp tomato paste
½ tsp chelli powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ tsp oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt
12 small Tacos (Bowls)
4 sheets Iceberg lettuce, (large leaves), chopped
190g Cheddar cheese, grated
100 g Salsa (tomato salsa)
Preparation,
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C . Heat oil in a large pan. Soften onion over low heat but do not brown. Add garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in the tomato paste, chili powder, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, sugar, and 1 tsp salt. Sauté on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Switch to the highest level, add the Meat and brown. Add about 3 tablespoons of water, the pan should be so hot that most of the liquid evaporates. Stir mixture constantly for 5-10 minutes. If the meat sticks, add a little more water. Finally you serve and enjoy every bite.
