  Raspberry Pie 

This key milk pie recipe couldn't be easier to make. It starts with a Homemade or store-bought graham cracker crust that is filled with a lime curd made from sweetened condensed milk and baked in the oven.



Fresh key limes are often hard to find, but bottled lemon juice is readily available at major grocery stores next to bottled lemon juice. If all else fails, it's available online. Read more about key limits below.

What do you need?

3 large egg yolks at room temperature

1 can sweeten condensed milk

1/2 cup lime juice

2 teaspoons of lime peel

cracker pie crust

Whipped cream drink or candy for garnish, optional

Preparation,

In a medium bowl, combine the egg yolks and Sweetened condensed milk. Beat with a mixer on high speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Gradually beat in lemon juice and lime wedge.

Pour the mixture into the crust.

Bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes to cook the eggs. Cool slightly and then refrigerate.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or toppings, if desired.
