HOW TO COOK SMOKED MACKEREL PASTA
SMOKED MACKEREL PASTA
If fish
paste, then only smoked mackerel with the addition of dill, chives and pickled
cucumber. Check how easy and quick it can be prepared!
INGREDIENTS:
eggs (size M)
- 2 pcs.
smoked
mackerel - 1 piece (approx. 250 g)
chives - ½
bunch
dill - 3 tbsp
pickled
cucumbers - 2 pcs.
mayonnaise -
4 tbsp
splash of
lemon juice
salt
pepper
PREPARE:

A METHOD OF PREPARING:
STEP 1: COOK EGGS
Pour 500 ml
of water into the blender jug. Place the eggs in the cooking insert and, with
the measuring beaker in place, hard-boil with the steam button/15 minutes.
STEP 2: PREPARING THE INGREDIENTS
Remove the
skin and bones from the mackerel, cut into pieces. Wash chives and dill, pat
dry. Finely chop the chives, pluck the tips of the leaves from the dill and
chop them. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise. Harden the eggs with cold water,
peel and cut in half. Wash and dry the container.
STEP 3: SHREDDING AND COMBINING THE INGREDIENTS
With the
measuring beaker in place, chop the mackerel with eggs and cucumbers for 10
seconds/speed setting 8. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the
blender jug. Add the mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chives and 1 tbsp dill and, with the
measuring beaker in place, mix everything for 10 seconds/speed setting 3.
Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, then, with the measuring beaker in
place, mix for 6 seconds/speed setting 2.
STEP 4: SERVING THE MAKREEL PASTE
Put the mackerel paste in a bowl, sprinkle with the remaining herbs, and serve with sourdough bread croutons.
