Ingredients:

5 tablespoons of butter, soft

½ cups of sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 ½ cups of flour

1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder

½ teaspoons of salt

¼ teaspoons of cinnamon

¼ teaspoons of nutmeg

½ glasses of milk

 




INGREDIENTS FOR THE SPRAY:

cups of powdered sugar

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

3 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation:

Beat the butter until light and fluffy, adding sugar at the end and mixing again. Then add the egg and the extract, combine to obtain a uniform consistency. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and add to the previous mass, combine and add cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Finally, gradually pour in the milk, mixing all the time on low speed. 

Line a muffin tin with paper cups or grease it with butter and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Put the dough to the height of about 2/3 of the form and put it in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, 180 C. After baking, leave the muffins in the oven for 5 minutes and only then take them out.

Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Dip the tops of the muffins in melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar sprinkles cinnamon. Enjoy your meal.
