How to bake zeera biscuits
ZEERA BISCUITS
It's a easy recipe from David Tapos.
2 cups plain flour
3 /4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup sugar (ground)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon. baking powder
1 egg
Method:
1. Mix ground sugar and oil. Add one egg and mix well.
2. Add plain flour, cumin seeds, salt, baking powder and mix well.
3. Make different shapes with a biscuit or cookie cutter.
4.Put on the greased baking sheets and bake at 180 C (350F) mark 4 for about 10-
15minutes or until light brown.5. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.
