Sweet Fry Bread

FRY BREAD (SWEET VARIATION)

 


Necessary Ingreadents:

3 cups flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup warm water

(raisins optional)



Now start cooking!

 Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add warm water little by little and knead the dough until it is soft but not sticky. Adjust the amount of flour or water if necessary. Cover the bowl and set aside for about 15 minutes.

Tear pieces of dough (egg size) and roll into thin pancakes. Fry the rings in hot oil until the batter bubbles, flip and fry on the other side until golden brown. Serve hot with honey on top.
