Sweet Dessert Burfee

  It's a delicious sweet dessert. If you want to make this you will follow  this burfee recipe.

 

Ingredients:

  •  -1 liter Milk
  •  -A pinch Alum powder
  •  -40gms. Sugar
  •  -100ml Alphonso Mango (fresh pulp)
  •  -1/8th of a teaspoon. Cardamom (powdered)
  •  -A few drops Kesar color
  •  -For decoration Pistachios




MAKING  PROCESS:

First boil the milk and add sugar as it boils When milk becomes one-third, add mango pulp.

When it takes the form of dough, add cardamom and food coloring to it Then let it cool down and use your hands to shape it into squares, round and oblong triangles etc. If you want you can make it like a mango shape.
