How to make Orange Biscuit

 Different Orange Biscuit


Ingredients:

250 g wheat flour

175g Unsalted butter

zest of 1 orange

1/2 tablespoon spice mix (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg)

75 g of sugar

2 teaspoons of filtered water

Method of preparation,

Place the flour in a bowl and mix in the butter.

Knead with your fingers until well blended.

Add the other ingredients and mix well until you form a smooth and uniform dough.

At this stage, preheat the oven to 200°C.

Open the Dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface.

The dough should be 2.5mm thick.


Tip: in order not to get too dirty, we cover the counter with plastic wrap. At the end of the process you remove the plastic and everything is clean.


Choose a cookie cutter and cut and cut all dough.

Whenever there is dough left, gather all of it and open it again with the rolling pin.

Repeat this process until all the dough has been used.

Place the Cookie doughs on baking sheets and bake for 10 to 12, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack so that the bottom part cools down equally with the top part.
