Fluffy oatmeal white chocolate cookies

Our favorite oatmeal cookies are remembered from childhood. I love making homemade oatmeal white chocolate cookies.


Products:

Oatmeal - 1.5 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.

Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Salt - 1 chip.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

White chocolate - 50 g

Honey - 1 tsp

Butter or margarine - 120 g

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.

Baking soda - 1 tsp

Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.


               

 

How to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:

 1. Grind oatmeal with a blender.

 2. Mix grated flakes with flour. 

3. Beat the egg well with sugar until white. Add sugar to the egg gradually in small portions.

4. Melt the butter with honey in a water bath. Cool down.

 5. Quench baking soda with vinegar. Grate chocolate on a coarse grater.

 6. Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly.

 7. Send the dough for oatmeal cookies for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

 8. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

 9. Form cookies from the dough. Put it on greased baking paper and bake oatmeal chocolate cookies    until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
