How to Make Crab Cakes in the Air Fryer

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then make small balls and place them in the Air Fryer Mondial already preheated to 200°C for about 10 minutes, until they are golden brown. If the mixture is dry, you can add more eggs until it becomes a dough.


Ingredients

·       400g of shredded crab meat

·       1 large egg

·       ½ cup breadcrumbs (tea)

·       2 tablespoons chopped chives

·       2 tablespoons chopped parsley

·       1 tablespoon olive oil

·       Salt and pepper to taste


  Method of preparation
