How to cook Moccaccino truffle

How to make moccaccino truffle?

Bring all the ingredients, with the exception of the cognac and the cappuccino, to the fire and stir until melted. When the cream is smooth and completely melted, remove from heat and add the cognac and cappuccino. Take to freeze for about 8 hours in the fridge. Remove the Dough from the fridge and let it come back to room temperature. Using a spoon, shape the truffles into the desired size. Take to the fridge in a shape lined with plastic paper, for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, put together the chocolate bath. Melt in a bain-marie and shower the truffle with the assist of a fork to glaze and a spoon or huge ladle. Place the truffle on the fork and sprinkle the chocolate over it. After the truffle is completely covered, dip only the part that was in contact with the fork into the chocolate to form a base.

Ingredients,

• 250g semisweet chocolate

• 250g milk chocolate

• 100ml whey milk cream

• 15ml of cognac

• 2 tablespoons of honey

• 1/2 tablespoon Margarine

• 4 tablespoons of cappuccino

Method of preparation,

• Bring all the ingredients, with the exception of the cognac and the cappuccino, to the fire and stir until melted.

• When the cream is smooth and completely melted, remove from heat and add the cognac and Cappuccino.

• Take to freeze for about 8 hours in the fridge or for about 2 to 3 hours in the freezer.

• Remove the dough from the fridge or freezer and let it come to room temperature.

• Using a spoon, shape the truffles into the desired size.

• Take to the fridge inside a shape lined with plastic paper, for about 30 minutes or in the freezer for      about 10 minutes.

• Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate bath.

• Use hydrogenated chocolate, which will form a very thin cone and is easy to handle.

• Melt in a bain-marie and bathe the truffle with the help of a fork to glaze and a spoon or large ladle.

• Place the truffle on the fork and sprinkle the Chocolate over it.

• Never pour into hot chocolate.

• After the truffle is completely covered, dip only the part that was in contact with the fork into the chocolate to form a base.

• Place the already bathed truffles on cellophane paper or parchment paper and let it dry at room temperature.
