Chicken pie
Ingredients1 and 1/2 cup cooked and
shredded chicken
2 chopped ripe tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup cream cheese (cream)
Salt, black pepper and chopped
parsley to taste
1 pack of fresh pasta
discs for large pastry (500g)
Frying oil
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the chicken, tomato, onion and cottage cheese. Season with salt, pepper and parsley and mix well.
Separate the disks from the dough and place a portion of the stuffing in the center. Grease the edges lightly with water
fold and press the side with a fork to seal. Do not leave any spaces open. Fry slowly in hot oil until golden.
Remove, drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
