Casadinho Pair Recipe

Ingredients

Sweet rice filling

1 liter of milk

1 cup (American) rice flour

1 can (395g) condensed milk

1 pinch of salt

If you can't find rice flour to buy, grind the raw white rice grains in a blender and sift it until you get a fine flour.

3 cups (American) caster sugar

3 tablespoons vanilla essence

6 cups (American) cooked blackbeans

 

Method of preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pan and lead to the soft fire until you form a firm cream, always stirring.

Let it cool and book.

Sweet Bean

Cook the beans in a pressure cooker, using only water, and blend in a blender with the broth itself.

Put this cream in a pan and add the sugar and vanilla essence.

Bring to a simmer.

Stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pan.

Then let everything cook for about an hour.

Turn up the heat and cook until just set, that is, when the dough comes away from the pan and acquires a firm consistency.

Afterwards, transfer everything to a separate bowl and let it cool.

Melt white and dark (milk) Chocolate bars separately.

Pour them in sufficient quantity into small plastic molds without mixing them.

Brush the chocolates to spread them out and form the covering (shell) of the casadinho, which shouldn't be too thick.

Attention, prepare equal amounts of white and dark chocolate toppings.

Take everything to the fridge.

Once hardened, detach the chocolate shells from the mold and fill each half with rice jam and bean jam.

To make it easier, join the halves with a drop of creamy dulce de leche.

If desired, lightly sprinkle the casadinho with powdered milk to decorate.

Keep it in the refrigerator to preserve it.
