Makkai Roti recipe

MAKKAI ROTI

Presenting a delicious & easy recipe for you, your family & friends.


Ingredients:

½ kg corn flour

¼ kg of wheat flour

4 tablespoons of natural yogurt

3 cloves of garlic,

grated 4 green chillies

very finely chopped 1"

grated ginger ¼ tsp

 ¼ teaspoon chili powder

1½ teaspoons oil salt and pepper to taste oil for frying


Makkai Roti

Method:

Combine all ingredients and knead well with light hands to form a dough.

If necessary, pour a little water. Divide into equal parts.

Heat a pan and grease it with a few drops of oil.

Roll out each ball into a medium-sized chapati and fry both sides evenly.

Finally serve and enjoy.

If you want to extend your taste ,you can also add any type of ketchup with your MAKKAI ROTI.
