A delicious dessert for everyone.
1-1/2 Butter Sticks at room temperature (90 g each)
1 Can of Condensed Milk
3 eggs
1-1/2 Cups of
wheat flour
1 teaspoon of
baking powder
1-1/2 Bars of
semi-sweet melted Chocolate (150 g each)
3 Containers
of NESTLE Media Creame (190 g each)
3 Semisweet Chocolate Bars in pieces (150 g each)

Let's cook!
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2. For the cake, cream the butter; add No1 Condensed Milk, eggs, flour, baking powder and 1 ½ bars of melted chocolate. Pour the preparation into a previously greased and floured cake pan and fill up to ¾ parts, bake at 180 °C for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
3. For the bitumen, heat the NESTLE Media Cream and the 3 chopped chocolate bars until melted; remove from heat and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Beat the bitumen in a blender and reserve.
4. Unmold the cake and cut into three layers. Place a little icing on the base, a cake top, icing and the remaining part of the cake; cover the cake with the rest of the frosting, refrigerate for 30 minutes and offer.
