 Perfect Panacota 

 It's a most delicious pudding for world.




Ingredients

300 ml whole milk 

300 g fresh cream 

4 tablespoons refined sugar 

1 envelope of colorless unflavored gelatin (12g)

1 tablespoon (dessert) vanilla essence 

Syrup

400 g of strawberry 

100 g of blackberry

100 g of blueberries 

6 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 cup (tea) of water

 Method of preparation,

In a saucepan over medium heat, integrate the heavy cream, entire milk and sugar. When the mixture begins to heat up, mix the unflavored colorless hydrated gelatin in five tablespoons of water at room temperature.

 Keep stirring non stop until it starts to boil. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it boil for two minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn off the warmth and stir with inside the vanilla essence

Syrup,

Chop the strawberries into four pieces. Take all the ingredients to the fire for five to six minutes or until you form a thick syrup. Allow to cool and spread over the panacotta.

 Save some whole fruit for garnish. Serve it on a nice platter and it will be a huge hit.
