Now one of our recipes - for homemade bread, which is great to sit at the table with. Recipe for wheat bread with the addition of whole meal flour.



Ingredients(for 0.6 kg of bread):
• 400 g of wheat flour (type 550), • 200 g whole meal flour, • 410 ml of cold water, • 13 g of salt, • 8 g dried yeast, • *2 table spoons of linseed.


Preparation:
Combine flour, yeast, salt and flaxseed thoroughly in a bowl. Then add 400 ml of water to them and mix with a spoon so that a slightly hard, sticky mass is formed. If the dough does not stick to your hand, add another 10 ml of water. Do not knead the dough with your hand, use a spoon for this purpose, so as not to beat it / knead it too much. Cover the prepared dough with a cloth and take it to a cool place (about 10-18°C). Leave them there for a minimum of 12-24 hours. (preferably at night). The dough should spread out and dry on top, and as a result of fermentation, visible pores should appear on it.


After the dough has risen, prepare another bowl (preferably narrower and higher than the first one), sprinkle it with flour and gently transfer the dough to it (so as not to knead it too much) - you can fold it inside twice. Then cover them with a cloth and leave for 1 hour. to rise at room temperature or in a warm oven up to 30°C.


Before the end of rising, prepare the pot. Soak it for 15-20 minutes in lukewarm water, then put it in a cold oven and heat it to 150°C. Then remove the pot from the oven, grease it with butter and sprinkle it thoroughly with flour. Transfer the risen dough gently to the pot, being careful not to knead it and not stretch it.


Cover the dough with a lid and put it in a lukewarm oven (preheated during the tempering of the Roman pot). Set the oven to 240-250°C (upper and lower heater, no convection) and bake for 35 minutes. After this time, reduce the temperature to 210°C, remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes, so that the bread gains a beautifully toasted crust. Wait for it to cool down and enjoy the taste of fresh yeast bread. You also added cream cheese with bread.
